Abstract
In
this study, a new practical and reliable technic to form a rumen fistula in
sheep was described. In this technic, the rumen was entered by the classic
laparo-rumenotomie technic. The rumen cannula was taken out by another smaller
incision. Laparo-rumenotomie space was sutured. Experimental animals were
discharged on the 15th day, postoperatively. No complications were seen related
to procedure in the experimental animals kept under observation for a year.

Abstract
Bu makalede, koyunlarda
deneysel rumen fistülü oluşturmak için kullanışlı ve güvenilir bir metot
ayıklanmaktadır. Bu teknikte, klasik laparo-rumenotomi tekniği ile rumene
girildi. Rumen kanülü küçük bir ensizyonla dışarı çıkarıldı. Laparo-rumenotomi
aralığı dikildi. Hayvanlar postoperatif 15. günde taburcu edildiler. Bir yıl
boyunca gözlem altında tutulan deney hayvanlarında işleme bağlı bir
komplikasyon görülmedi.
