Bu
çalışmada Yüzüncü Yıl Üniversitesi Veteriner Fakültesi Cerrahi Kliniğine
getirilen 8 orşitli koç ile Van ili belediye mezbahasından alman 50 adet
yangılı testis dokusu konu edilmiştir. Klinik olguların 3-5 yaşları arasında
değiştiği ve 3’ünün bilateral diğer 5’inin unilateral testis yangısı olduğu
anlaşılmıştır. Testislerin bakteriyolojik muayenelerinde, 58 olgudan 10’unda
Corynebacterium pyogenes, 6'sında Candida spp. 5'inde E.coli, 4’ünde Staph.
epidermidis bakterileri izole ve identifiye edilmiş, 17 olgudan ise herhangi bir mikroorganizma
izolasyonu yapılamamıştır.

The Studies on Ram Orchitis in and Around Van

Öz

In this
study, 8 rams ıvith orchitis brought to Yüzüncü Yıl Üniversity, surgery clinic
of the Veterinary Medicine Faculty and 50 testis tissues taken from Van
municipal slaughterhouse ıvere examined. The ages of clinical cases ıvere
betıveen 3 and 5. These ıvere testical bilateral inflammation in three cases
and unilateral testical inflammation in five cases. Bacteriological examination
of testis in 58 cases, Corynebacterium pyogenes in ten cases, Candida spp. in
six cases E.coli in five cases, Staph. epidermidis in four cases ıvere
isolated. There uıas no
microorganism in seventeen cases.
