Abstract

Açık kırık yaraları kontamine yaralardır. Bu
yaralarda hem gram (+), hem de gram (-) organizmlere karşı geniş spektrumlu
antibiyotik tedavisi tavsiye olunmaktadır. Açık kırıklarda kombine tedavinin
infeksiyon oranını önemli derecede düşürdüğü gösterilmiştir.

Choice and Treatment Duration of Antibiotics in Open Fractures

Abstract

Open fracture wounds are contaminated wounds, and wide-spectrum antibiotic therapy effective against both gram-positive and gram-negative organisms is recommended. Combination therapy has been shown to be effective in significantly reducing the infection rate in open fracture.
