Viral Hemorajik Septisemi Virüsünün Gökkuşağı Alabalıklarında (Oncorhynchus mykiss) Doku Malondialdehit ve Antioksidan Düzeylerine Etkisi

Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışma, viral hemorajik septisemi virüsünün (VHSV) gökkuşağı alabalığı doku malondialdehit ve antioksidan düzeyleri üzerine etkisini irdelemek amacıyla planlandı. Gereç-Yöntem: Çalışmada 15-30 cm uzunluğunda, 40-100 g ağırlığında 20 Gökkuşağı alabalığı kullanıldı. Balıklar rastgele iki gruba ayrıldı. Birinci grup virüs enjekte edilen alabalıklardan, ikinci grup kontrol alabalıklarından oluştu. Uygulama süresi 21 gün olarak planlandı. Uygulamanın sonunda alabalıklardan kas doku örnekleri alındı. Örneklerde malondialdehit (MDA), katalaz (CAT), redükte glutatyon (GSH), vitamin C ve total protein miktarları ölçüldü. Bulgular: Alabalık kas dokusu MDA düzeylerindeki artışlar kontrol grubuna göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlıydı (p<0.05). GSH ve total protein düzeylerinde saptanan düşüşler ve CAT aktivitesi ile vitamin C miktarlarında gözlenen artışlar istatistiki açıdan bir anlam ifade etmedi (p>0.05). Deneme grubunda MDA, antioksidan ve total protein düzeylerinde değişiklikler gözlendi. Sonuç: Bu değişimler kas dokusu hücrelerinde oksidatif hasardan kaynaklı kısmi yıkımlanmadan kaynaklanabilir.
