SANAYİ SEKTÖRÜNDE İŞGÖRENLERİN (ÇALIŞANLARIN) İŞ TATMİNİNİ ve VERİMİNİ ETKİLEYEN FAKTÖRLER VE BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın
amacı sanayi sektöründe çalışanların iş tatminini etkileyen faktörleri
belirlemektir. Toplam 244 cevaplayıcı araştırma kapsamında olup, hazırlanan
anketler yüz yüze görüşme yoluyla cevaplandırılmıştır. Verilerin
değerlendirilmesinde frekans dağılımları, yüzdeler, ki kare analizi ve faktör
analizi uygulanmıştır. 29 değişkeni azaltmak için yapılan faktör analizi sonucunda
iş tatminini etkileyen 7 temel faktör bulunmuştur. Bunlar sırasıyla üst
yönetimin davranışları, iş ortamı, üst yönetimin desteği, yemek, iş
arkadaşlığı, birim yöneticileri ve ücrettir. Faktör analizinin yanı sıra iş
tatmini ile bazı demografik özellikler arasında ilişkiler de test edilmiştir.
