DİNAMİK BİR PERFORMANS ÖLÇÜM SİSTEMİNİN SAĞLIK SEKTÖRÜNDE UYGULANMASI

Abstract

Günümüz rekabet
ortamında imalat yapan ve/veya hizmet üreten işletmeler, gün geçtikçe artan
rekabet ile birlikte bir yandan müşterinin daha ucuza ürün alma isteğini
karşılamak bir yandan da tedarikçiden elde edilen hammaddelerin pahalılaşması
neticesinde ürettikleri ürün için katlandıkları birim maliyetlerin azaltılması
yönünde üretim ve yönetim süreçlerinde verimli çalışmanın zorunluluğunu
hissetmektedirler. Bu noktada verimliliğin doğru tespit edilmesi önem
kazanmaktadır. Verimliliğin tespit edilmesi için birçok yöntem
geliştirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, hem kalitatif (AHS) hem de kantitatif (VZA)
verimlilik kriterlerini birlikte değerlendirerek gerçek verimliliğin (GV)
Kayseri ilindeki tüm özel ve kamu hastaneleri gözönüne alınarak tespit edilmesi
için yeni bir yaklaşım ortaya konmuştur. VZA sonuçları, Lindo paket programıyla
elde edilmiştir.
