Journal of Producitivity Open Access Policy is as follows:

1. Journal of Producitivity is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC).
2. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgment of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
3. Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgment of its initial publication in this journal.
4. Licensees may copy, distribute, display and perform the work and make derivative works and remixes based on it only if they give the author or licensor the credits (attribution) in the manner specified by these.

Journal of Producitivity has added its name to the Budapest Open Access Initiative.
