Melez Tilapiaların (Oreochromis niloticus x O. aureus) Taurin Destekli Yemlerle Beslenmesinin Büyüme Performansına ve Vücut Besin Bileşenleri Üzerine Etkileri

Abstract

Taurin, bazı
diyet tipleri için, özellikle de diyetlerinde balık unu seviyeleri düşük olduğu
şartlarda dışarıdan alınması gereklidir. Taurin takviyesi melez  tilapialarda (Oreochromis niloticus x O. aureus
henüz değerlendirilmemiştir. Bu çalışmada melez tilapia yavrularının (Oreochromis niloticus x O.aureus) farklı
oranlarda taurin desteğiyle beslenmesi sonucunda, büyüme parametreleri üzerine
olan etkisi araştırılmıştır. Balıklar (2,15 ± 0,01 g), beslemede 0% (kontrol),
5, 10  ve 15g/kg taurin
konsantrasyonlarına sahip yemle beslenen dört deney grubuna ayrılmış ve doyana
kadar 90 gün boyunca beslenmiştir. Deneysel beslenme periyodunun sonunda,  en yüksek seviyede (15g/kg) taurin takviyeli
grubun balıkları (34,41 ± 1,90g), diğer bütün gruplardaki balıklarla
karşılaştırıldığında daha yüksek canlı ağırlık kazancına ulaştıkları
görülmüştür (P<0,05). Elde edilen büyüme değerleri sırasıyla 32,78 ± 1,46g,
31,48 ± 0,89g,  31,88 ± 1,42g,’dır.
Bununla birlikte, yemlerine taurin eklenmesinin melez tilapia yavrularının Yem
Değerlendirme Oranını olumsuz yönde etkilediği görülmüştür  (P< 0,05). Yüksek düzeyde taurin eklenen
melez tilapiaların Spesifik büyüme oranını (3,11±0,02) diğer gruplardan  (3,02±0,05 2,98±0,03 ve 2.98±0,05) önemli
düzeyde daha yüksek olduğu görülmüştür (P>0,05). Sonuç olarak, yavru melez
tilapiaların daha iyi büyümeleri için beslemede yemlerine 15 g/kg taurinin
takviyesi önerilebilir görülmektedir.
