Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Doğu Karadeniz Bölgesi’ne ait 10 adet yetişkin Apodemus flavicollis (Sarı boyunlu orman faresi) örneği kullanıldı. Renklendirilmiş lateks enjeksiyonu yapıldıktan sonra diseke edilen damarların morfolojik ve morfometrik özellikleri incelendi. Arcus aortae’dan, arteria brachiocephalica, arteria carotis communis sinistra ve arteria subclavia sinistra olmak üzere 3 ana damarın köken aldığı saptandı

Abstract

Ten adult Apodemus flavicollis (yellow-necked fieldmouse) living in East Blacksea region of Turkey were used in this study. After the injection of colored latex, the vessels were dissected and its morphologic and morphometric features were examined. It was observed that three main vessels named brachiocephalic artery, left common carotid artery and left subclavian artery respectively originated from aortic arch
