Balıklarda Tespit Edilen Bazı Bulaşanlar

Abstract

Çeşitli yollarla suya geçen bulaşanlar balıklarda birikerek besin zincirinin son halkasındaki tüketicilerde; allerji, nörolojik rahatsızlıklar, üreme problemleri, kanserojen etki gibi çeşitli sağlık sorunlarına yol açar. Bunların başında antimon, arsenik, kadmiyum, civa, bakır, kurşun gibi ağır metaller ile poliklorbifeniller, aldrin, DDT, DDD, DDE, BHC, heptaklor gibi klorlu bileşikler gelir. Daha seyrek olmakla birlikte balıklarda butiltin (BT), fitalat ve misk gibi farklı kimyasal kalıntılara da rastlanabilmektedir. Bu derlemede, balıklarda taramalar sonucu belirlenen bazı bulaşanlar ile yaptıkları etkiler, kalıntı düzeyleri ve kabul edilebilir limitleri hakkında kısa bilgi verilecektir

Some contaminants in fish

Abstract

Contaminants from water sources passed by various means, may accumulate in fish and cause health problems on the last cycle in the food chain humans; such as allergic effects, neurologic, reproduction system problems and carcinogenity. The most common contaminants are; heavy metals like antimone, arsenic, cadmium, mercury, copper, lead; and chlorinated compounds like polichlorinated bipheniles, Aldrine, DDT, DDD, DDE, BHC and Heptachlor; whereas Butyltin (BT), phthalate and musk compounds can also be rarely seen as well. In this review, some contaminants which were detected in fish,; and their effects, residue levels and acceptable limits are summarized
