Burdur'da süt üretiminde maliyet durum tespiti ve eğitim faaliyeti 2.kısım: barınak ve yem kullanımına ilişkin özellikler

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Batı Akdeniz Kalkınma
Ajansı (BAKA), Doğrudan Faaliyet Desteği
(DFD) programınca desteklenmiş olan “Süt
Üretiminde Maliyet, Durum Tespiti ve Eğitim
Faaliyeti” adlı proje kapsamında gerçekleştirilen
çiftlik ziyaretleri ve bu kapsamda elde edilen
anket verilerinden yola çıkarak hazırlanmıştır.
Burdur ilindeki ahır şartları ve hayvan
beslemede kullanılan yemler ile ilgili bilgileri
paylaşmak amacıyla hazırlanan proje kapsamında
İl merkezi ve sekiz ilçe merkezinde 26,
ek olarak köylerde 24 işletme ziyaret edilmiş-
tir. Burdur şartlarına göre orta ölçekli olarak
kabul edilen toplam 50 adet süt sığırı işletmesinde
durum tespitine yönelik yüz yüze anket
çalışması yapılmıştır. Çiftliğin yapısı, günlük
yapılan işler ve uygulamalar gözlenmiştir. Yetiştiriciler
ve hayvanlarla ilgilenen aile fertleri,
tespit edilen doğru ve hatalı uygulamalarla
ilgili bilgilendirilmiş ve söz konusu eğitim verilmiştir.
Ayrıca, Çiftliklerde bilgisayarda rasyon
programı ile rasyon kontrolleri yapılmış-
tır. Gerektiğinde yetiştiricinin şartlarına uygun
daha dengeli yeni rasyon önerileri sunulmuş-
tur. Toplanan ve kayıt altına alınan tüm veriler
bilgisayarda istatistik paket programında
değerlendirilmiştir. İncelenen ahırların çoğu
(%80) modern görünümlüdür. Ahırların yarı-
sının zemini toprak ve betondan oluşmaktadır.
Sulukların % 46’sının otomatik, % 54’ünün
yalak tarzı olduğu gözlenmiştir. Aydınlatma
ve havalandırma koşulları büyük ölçüde yeterlidir.
Silaj yapımının yaygın, silaj kalitesinin
önemli ölçüde iyi olduğu gözlenmiştir. İşletmelerin
çoğu gereksinim duydukları yemleri
üretmek için büyük çaba harcamaktadırlar.
Ancak ihtiyaçlarının bir kısmını üretebildikleri
tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışma ile Burdur’daki
orta ölçekli işletmeler hakkında genel bilgiler
edinilmiş olup, sorunların yerinde tespit edilip
çözüm oluşturulması yetiştiriciler açısından
fayda sağlamıştır. Sonuç olarak Burdur’da
hayvan besleme, beslenme hastalıkları ve yem
üretimi alanında sahaya yönelik bu tip çalış-
maların sayısının yetersizliği, teorik bilginin
uygulamayla buluşması açısından bu projedeki
gibi faaliyetlere ağırlık verilmesi gerektiği
düşünülmektedir.

Costs, condition detection and teaching activities in milk production at Burdur 2nd part: the structural characteristics related to barns and using feedstuffs

Abstract

This study has been compiled
from project named “The Costs in Milk Production, Status Determination and Teaching
Activities” which supported by Western
Mediterranean Development Agency (BAKA)
Direct Operating Support (DFD) program. The
project was carried out with the cattle farm
visits and obtained survey data. This article has
been prepared to share information about barn
conditions and feeds used in animal feeding
in Burdur. In this scope of the project, the 26
dairy farms of eight districts and city center of
Burdur and in addition to the 24 dairy farms
of villages were visited. In these districts and
villages, the survey test questionnaires were
applied by face to face for the study in a total
of 50 dairy farms. These farms are according
to the conditions of Burdur accepted mediumsized
enterprises. The farm structure, daily
works and practices were observed. Breeders
and family members dealing with animals
were informed about detected true and false
practices and was provided to them. In addition,
computerized feed formulation program was
used for control the ration of these farms. If
necessary, accordance with the conditions of
the grower, well balanced new rations were
recommended. All collected and recorded
data was evaluated on a computer statistical
package program. Most of the barns analyzed
in Burdur modern looking (80%). Half of the
barn floor consists of soil and concrete. Half
of the waterers are semi-automatic and others
that trough style. Lighting and ventilation
conditions is usually adequate. Silage making
is common and the silage quality was observed
to be substantially good. Most of the dairy
farmers perform a great effort to produce their
feed needs. However, it has been identified
that they can produce only a portion of own
needs. In this study, general information about
the medium-sized dairy farms in Burdur was
obtained. In terms of problem identification
and solution creation in same place have been
helpful to farmers. In conclusion, the number of
field studies about animal nutrition, nutritional
diseases and feed production in Burdur is
found insufficient. The meeting of theoretical
knowledge with practice is significant and
thought to need of favored greater emphasis to
this type of works.
