Kedilerde pelvis ve kalça ekleminin travmatik lezyonlarının klinik ve radyolojik değerlendirilmesi

Year 2016, Volume: 87 Issue: 1, 34 - 43, 01.01.2016

Abstract

izlenemedi.

Year 2016, Volume: 87 Issue: 1, 34 - 43, 01.01.2016

Abstract

The aim of this study was, queto the options of conservative or operative treatmens of the pelvis and hip joint lesions encountered in cats as a result of trauma, evaluate the results of studies in contributing to guide for clinicians working in this field. This study, with 31 cats of different breed, age and sex, determined by clinical and radiological examination of the pelvis and hip joint lesions. In the L/L and V/D evaluation of radiography, 9 of cases were found to have unilateral, 2 of cases to have bilateral, 11 sacroiliac luxation, 8 cases had os ilium fracture, 3 cases had os pubis fracture, 5 cases had os ischii, 3 cases had os acetabulum fracture, 6 cases had coxaefemoral luxation and 4 cases caput femoris fracture. While conservative treatment was performed in 8 cases, operative fractures and luxation seen in 9 cases interfragmental circlage wire, iliosacral pine of 2 cases, iliosacral screw in one cases and application of excision arthroplasty was performed in eleven cases. Clinical and radiological evaluations and surveys were conducted at 10th, 21st, 30th and 45th days for all cases. In this survey period, fully functional recovery was observed in 21 cases, one of the cases was informed to recovered even if not monitored, while in 3 cases mild lameness was detected, 6 cases was not observed
