Article Processing Fee (APC) and Article Submission Fee (ASC)

The journal welcomes article submissions and does not charge any product processing fee (APC) and article submission fees (ASC). All the articles published in this journal are free to access immediately from the date of publication. There is no embargo period. The journal does not require users to register to read the content.

Open Access Policy & Copyright and Licensing

Veteriner Hekimler Derneği Dergisi is loyal to open access, defined in Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) declaration. The author(s) and copyright holder(s) grant(s) to all users a free, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right of access to, and a license to copy, use, distribute, transmit and display the work publicly and to make and distribute derivative works, in any digital medium for any responsible purpose, subject to proper attribution of authorship. A complete version of the work and all supplemental materials, including a copy of the permission as stated above, in a suitable standard electronic format is deposited immediately upon initial publication in LOCKSS (or Global LOCKSS Network) to enable open access, unrestricted distribution, interoperability, and long-term archiving.

Veteriner Hekimler Derneği Dergisi (Journal of Turkish Veterinary Medical Society) requires each submission to be accompanied by a Copyright License Agreement (available on the main page). By signing the Copyright License Agreement, the authors agree that the article, if accepted for publication by the Veteriner Hekimler Derneği Dergisi, will be licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC-BY-NC). This permits third parties to share and adapt the content for non-commercial purposes by giving the appropriate credit to the original work. All authors publishing with Veteriner Hekimler Derneği Dergisi accept these as the terms of publication.
