The aim of the research is to rank OECD countries according to the criteria determined in terms of health equipment and health indicators by evaluating in terms of rankings to be obtained. Multi-Criteria Decision-Making Methods are preferred in the study. In this context, the ENTROPY method is used to calculate the criteria weights in the research, and the ARAS and SAW methods are used to rank the countries. While countries with missing data from countries covered in research are not included in the analysis, the data of a total of 21 countries for 2018 are evaluated. Regarding healthcare equipment, criteria for mammography, CT scanner, radiotherapy, MRI device and number of hospital beds are included in the evaluation. In terms of health indicators, life expectancy at birth, infant mortality rate and under-five mortality rate are considered. As a result of the evaluation, it is seen that the ranking of the countries on the basis of health indicators is the same, and the first four and the last two countries on the basis of health equipment are the same in both methods. As a result of the research, it is also seen that the rankings of health equipment and health indicators of the countries differ, suggestions are given in terms of health policies and planning.
