For the validity of the scales, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-tests between independent groups, one-way analysis of variance, correlation analysis and regression analysis are performed. As a result of the correlation analysis, it is seen that there are significant relationships between ethical leadership and internal and external sub-dimensions of whistleblowing intention. According to the regression analysis, ethical leadership positively affects whistleblowing behavior. In addition, it is concluded that increasing ethical leadership behaviors would decrease external whistleblowing behavior.
