Morality refers to the whole of human habits, habits and behaviors that are later adopted by the characteristics of creation. It stands for good habits and qualities when used alone. On the institutional basis, hospitals are at the forefront of institutions that need to be examined for morality. Because hospitals are institutions that serve individual human health. The interaction between both healthcare staff and patients receiving services, as well as the interaction of hospital staff with themselves and with external stakeholders, has consequences in the form of immorality. In the Turkish literature, the concept of “hospital ethics” in institutional sense in important in terms of the importance of studying. In this study, the nature of hospital morality as institutional in the light of concepts related to ethics and business ethics was evaluated. Accordingly, it can be said that there is a bi-directional hospital morality structure based on hospital personnel and patients.
