The services provided at the airports, the physical and environmental structures of the airports, and their geographical locations are very important for both passengers and airline industry employees. In the study, comparative analysis of three airports operating in the Western Mediterranean and Aegean Regions is made. The airports within the scope of the study are evaluated from the viewpoint of two different airline employee groups, namely the airport ground services team and the flight crew. Multi-criteria decision making methods are used in the analysis. The weight of the evaluation criteria is found by Fuzzy SWARA, and the rankings of three airports are made separately by using COPRAS and SAW methods. The results of the analysis made using both multi-criteria decision making methods are compared according to the airport ground services team and flight crew opinions. According to the analysis results, the three most important criteria are “runway length”, “taxiways” and “altitude”. The least important criterion is “terminal area”. Although the criteria rankings are the same according to the airport ground handling crew and flight crew opinions, it is observed that the weights of these criteria are different. Since the work and job descriptions of the ground handling personnel working at the airports and the flight crew are different, the importance of the evaluation criteria also differs depending on their expectations from the airport. It is thought that the study is going to be beneficial for airport managers, airline industry employees and passengers using airports.
