A questionnaire form, which is a data collection technique, is used to measure the opinions of hospital staff about the research. The population of the research consists of more than 7,000 health workers in hospitals in Kahramanmaraş city center. The sample of the study consisted of 544 health workers in the state hospital, university hospital and private hospitals in the city center of Kahramanmaraş. SPSS 23.0, SPSS AMOS and SPSS Process Macro programs are utilised for data analysis. After revealing the demographic characteristics of the participants in the research, correlation, factor, etc. analyzes are made. In addition, structural equation model, mediation and regulatory analyzes are also carried out. As a result of the multiple moderator effect analysis, the positive effect of job satisfaction on the quality of work life in cases where illness anxiety and job stress are low, positively affected. However, as the perceptions of sickness anxiety and work stress increase, the level of effect of job satisfaction on the quality of work life decreases. Newly produced statistical analysis methods can be developed from different perspectives in research. In this way, the existence of more than one mediator/regulatory variable can be revealed while examining the effect of the dependent variable on the independent variable.
