Abstract
Tourists who have experienced a destination share the positive and/or negative situations they experience in that destination in order to warn potential tourists or to encourage them to experience the same feelings. With the development of technology, there has been an increase in the number of travel review sites. With this increase, tourists have the opportunity to share their experiences with many more people, and potential tourists have the opportunity to read more experiences. For a destination to reach more tourists and for the sustainability of this situation, the satisfaction level of the tourists should be at the highest level.
