About The Journal
Süleyman Demirel University Visionary Journal (ISSN 1308-9552) is an international refereed e-journal that begun to be issued in 2009 within the body of Süleyman Demirel University. In order to pioneer scientific endeavours related to all the fields of economic and administrative sciences the aim of the journal is to form an international scientific platform where the knowledge, opinion and proposals of the scientists are shared, and that supports free scientific thoughts. In this context, the major vision of Visionary Journal is to be an international journal that would inspire and direct social, economic and political developments according to the needs and expectations of the society by producing universal knowledge creation. Süleyman Demirel University Visionary Journal Visionary Journal accepts research articles, review articles and case reports on all the subjects of the fields of economics and administrative sciences that are written in Turkish or English. The journal is published four times in a year, namely in February, May, August and November. Evaluation fee and application fee are not charged from the articles sent to the journal. The opinions in articles published in the journal are not the views of the journal. All responsibility belongs to the authors. The journal does not pay any royalties to authors.

Süleyman Demirel University Visionary Journal is a journal that adopts Open Access policy and accepts that the scientific studies which are evaluated by reviewers in compliance with the definition of Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) would be published through Internet, are accessible, readable, downloadable, duplicable, deliverable, printable, scannable without any financial, legal and technical obstacles and can be referred, indexed, transferred to software as data and can be used for any kind of legal purposes. The authors and copyright owners accept that all the users have the right to access the studies without any fee. The authors whose articles are published by the Journal accept that their studies can be cited under the provisions of the protection of copyrights and Commons Attribution License. All the articles to be published in Süleyman Demirel University Visionary Journal are licenced with Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0).
PLAGIARISM POLICY
The articles submitted for publication in the Journal should be prepared in accordance with the rules of research and publication ethics. In terms of publication ethics Visionary Journal pursues the principles, standards and recommendations of the publication ethics determined by COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) and ICMJE (International Committee of Medical Journal Editors). The authors who send their articles to the Journal to be published are accepted to declare that they do not plagiarize in their studies, the responsibilities arisen from any kind of plagiarism would belong to themselves and the Journal would not have any responsibility. The articles that are sent to the Journal are going to be scanned thought the iThenticate or the turnitin plagiarism program. The articles with high similarity index are going to be rejected directly without accepting to the evaluation phase.

Süleyman Demirel University Visionary Journal is going to apply Creative Commons Attribution License to all the studies it publishes. Accordingly the authors would have the authorship and copyright of their studies. On the other hand, as long as the authors and the resources are cited, those who would download the articles, reuse, reprint, amend, distribute and/or copy them are going to be permitted.
