WHY ACUTE RENAL FALIURE IS IMPORTANT FOR PATİENT IN INTENSIVE CARE? WHAT CAN NURSES DO?

Abstract

Acute renal failure (ARF) is an acute change in renal function that prevents the removal of nitrogenous wastes from the body and disrupts the fluid-electrolyte balance of the body. ARF is a serious problem with high incidence and mortality rates in critically ill patients in intensive care unit. For this reason, this review is written so that nurses working on this field can update this information and reflect clinical relevance.
