SAP UYGULAMALARININ SWOT ANALİZİ İLE İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

ÖZET

Günümüz teknoloji ortamında şirket/kurumların etkin kaynak planlama,  müşterilerinin ise isteklerine anlık olarak karşılık verme ihtiyacı kaçınılmaz bir hale gelmiştir. Bu noktada devreye giren ERP sistemleri doğru anlaşılıp, uygulandığı takdirde hem şirketleri istedikleri noktaya getirmekte hem de müşteri memnuniyeti sağlamaktadırlar. Bir ERP sistemi olan SAP bu çalışmanın konusudur. Çalışmanın ana konusu, organizasyonu amaç ve hedeflerine ulaştırmak için kritik öneme sahip iç ve dış faktörleri tanımlayan SWOT analizi ile SAP uygulamaları analiz edilmektedir.
