Abstract

Günümüzde iş hacimlerinin artması ve yoğun bilgi akışı sebebi ile bilgilerin belgelere aktarılması ve bu belgelerin yönetilmesi önemli bir süreç haline gelmiştir. Elektronik Belge Yönetim Sistemleri (EBYS) ile geleneksel iş süreçleri  dijital ortama taşınmaya başlanmıştır. Elektronik belge yönetim sistemlerinin kurumlara entegre edilmesi ile kullanıcıların yeni bir teknolojik düzene adapte olmaları gerekmektedir. Bu yüzden teknolojinin sürdürülebilir olması için kullanıcı davranışları önemli hale gelmektedir. Bu çalışmada ise üniversite çalışanlarının EBYS’yi kullanmaya yönelik tutum ve niyetlerini araştırdık. 141 akademisyen üzerinde yapılan çalışma ile EBYS kullanıcılarının tutum ve niyetlerini etkileyen unsurlar teknoloji kabul modeli ile ortaya konulmuştur. Bu araştırmada kişisel norm, işe uygunluk, bilgisayar öz yeterliliği, algılanan kullanışlılık ve algılanan kullanım kolaylığının davranışsal tutum ve kullanıcı niyetleri üzerindeki etkileri belirlenmiştir. Kullanıcı niyetleri üzerinde en büyük etkiyi davranışsal tutumların oluşturduğu görülmüştür. Bu çalışma ile dijital ortama geçiş süreçlerinde, kullanıcıların  yeni bir teknolojiyi kullanma niyetlerinin ve teknolojiye karşı bakış açılarının teknolojinin uygulanmasında önemli olduğu vurgulanmaktadır.
