Ergenlere Medeni Hukuku Öğretmek: Hukuk Okuryazarlığı Sağlamak için Bir Araç Olarak Drama Süreci

Abstract

Öz

Eğitimde Drama, birçok öğrenme alanında çeşitli şekillerde uygulanabilen deneyimsel bir öğrenme yoludur. Bu makale, Yunanistan, Kranidhi Meslek Yüksekokulundaki 16 yaşındaki ergenlere Medeni Hukuk dersini öğretmenin alternatif bir yolu olarak Süreç Dramayı kullanan bir eylem araştırmasını sunmaktadır. Drama yoluyla karmaşık yasal anlamların açıklığa kavuşturulması, Hukuk Okuryazarlığı için bir anahtar olarak kullanılır. Yöntemin değerlendirilmesi için kontrol gruplu ön test, son test tasarımı kullanılmıştır. İki meslek yüksekokulundan toplam 30 öğrenci katıldı. Deney grubu için, 24 saatlik normal ders saati, Eğitimde Drama kullanılarak öğretim ile değiştirilmiştir. Bu müdahalenin değerlendirilmesi için geçerli ve güvenilir bir araç geliştirilmiştir. Ayrıca görüşmelerden de veri toplandı, katılımcı gözlemleri ve kritik arkadaş gözlemleri. Sonuçlar, Eğitimde Drama'nın karmaşık Medeni Hukuk anlamlarının daha iyi anlaşılmasına yol açtığı ve ortaokulda Dramanın alternatif bir öğretim yöntemi olarak önerilmesine katkıda bulunduğu iddiasını desteklemektedir.
