Doğal boya uygulamalarının değişen yüzü ve yenilikçi yaklaşımlar

Abstract

Günümüzde doğal boya
uygulamaları bilimsel ve teknolojik gelişmeler ile kimya, fizik, biyoloji,
biyoteknoloji, elektrik-elektronik gibi farklı bilim dalları arasındaki
disiplinlerarası çalışmaların bir sonucu olarak, bilinen geleneksel
uygulamaların çok ötesine geçmiştir. Bu çalışmada, doğal boya uygulamalarına
ilişkin bazı görüş ve öneriler sunulmuş, gıda, içecek, tarımsal ve endüstriyel
atıkların/yan ürünlerin doğal boyamada kullanımı, biyomordanlar, tekstillere
çok işlevli bitim işlemi etkileri kazandırılması (antibakteriyel, UV koruyucu,
haşere kovucu, koku giderici) ve ekolojik modern yöntemlerin (plazma, enzim,
ozon, kitosan, ultrason, mikrodalga, UV, gama ışınları vd.) uygulanması konularındaki
bazı güncel gelişmeler ele alınmıştır.
