Liderlik Davranışı, Örgütsel Yaratıcılık ve İşgören Performansı Arasındaki İlişkilerin İncelenmesi: Uşak’ta Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, liderlik davranışı, örgütsel yaratıcılık ve işgören performansı arasındaki ilişkilerin ortaya çıkarılmasıdır. Bu kapsamda, Uşak’ta tekstil sektöründe faaliyet gösteren orta ve büyük ölçekteki 12 işletmede görev yapan 110 işgören üzerinde anket uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 16.0 programı aracılığıyla analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda araştırma sonuçları, vizyon odaklı liderlik davranışının örgütsel yaratıcılık üzerinde çalışan odaklı liderlik davranışına göre daha fazla etkili olduğunu ve vizyon odaklı liderlik davranışının aynı zamanda işgören performansı üzerinde pozitif yönde etkisi olduğunu ortaya koymuştur
