Abstract
Son yıllarda birçok ülkede olduğu gibi ülkemizde de sağlık alanında dönüşüm yaşanmaktadır. Yaşanan bu dönüşümün merkezinde bilişim teknolojileri yer almaktadır. Sağlık sektöründeki tüm süreçlerin bilişim sistemleri temelli hale getirilmesinin önemi her geçen gün artmakta ve bunun doğal bir sonucu olarak da bilişim teknolojilerine yüksek miktarlarda yatırımlar yapılmaktadır. Gerek yapılan yatırımların miktarının çok fazla olması gerekse de hedeflere ulaşılıp ulaşılamadığının görülebilmesi için sağlık sektöründeki bilişim sistemleri başarısının ölçümü gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, aile hekimlerinin kullandıkları bilişim sistemlerinin başarısının ölçülmesidir. Araştırmanın bulguları göstermektedir ki aile hekimliklerinde kullanılan bilişim sistemlerinin gerek zorunlu gerekse de isteğe bağlı kullanımı, kullanıcı memnuniyetini arttırarak sağlık sisteminde yaratılan faydayı arttırmaktadır
