Etik Liderliğin Örgütsel Adalet Algısı Üzerindeki Etkisi: Psikolojik Sözleşme Algısının Aracılık Rolü

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, etik liderliğin örgütsel adalet algısına etkisinde psikolojik sözleşme algısının aracılık rolünü incelemektir. Araştırmanın örneklemi, İstanbul’daki özel okullarda çalışan 583 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Anket formu kullanılarak 2018-2019 eğitim öğretim yılında toplanan veri, SPSS ve YEM (AMOS) paket programlarıyla kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Ölçeklerin geçerliliğini ve güvenilirliğini test etmek amacıyla keşfedici faktör analizi (KFA), doğrulayıcı faktör analizi (DFA) ve güvenilirlik analizleri yapılmıştır. Belirlenen hipotezler, korelasyon ve yapısal eşitlik modeli (bootstrap) ile test edilmiştir. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre, etik liderlik algısının etkileşimsel adalet algısı, prosedürel adalet algısı, dağıtımsal adalet algısını ve psikolojik sözleşme algısını pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği görülmektedir. Benzer şekilde psikolojik sözleşme algısının da etkileşimsel adalet algısı, prosedürel adalet algısı, dağıtımsal adalet algısını pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, etik liderliğin örgütsel adalet algısına etkisinde psikolojik sözleşme algısının aracılık rolünün olduğu görülmüştür.
