Abstract

Para, yalnızca içinde belirdiği toplumsal ilişkiler temelinde
kavranabilecek bir görüngüdür. Para, bir görüngü olarak iktisadi ilişkiler
içinde tanımlı gibi görünse de, iktisadi ilişkileri de toplumsal ilişkilerin
özgül bir biçimi olarak ele almak, bu bağlamda parayı bir toplumsal ilişki
olarak tanımlamak gerekmektedir. Böyle bir kavramsallaştırma olmadığında para,
işlevleriyle tanımlı, sembolik bir şeye dönüştürülmekle kalmayıp, iktisadi
ilişkiler içinde oynadığı asli rol de anlaşılamamaktadır.
