POSTMODERN FICTION IN THE NOVEL "GÖLGESİZLER" BY HASAN ALİ TOPTAŞ
Abstract
In this paper, the novel "Gögesizler" by Hasan Ali Toptaş is analyzed within the context of post-modern fiction. The aim is to explain how such techniques as metafiction, intertextuality and multiple points of view, which stand out in post-modern criticism, can be applied to a novel. In order to do this analysis, firstly a frame bordering postmodernism and postmodern novel has been formed. Then, metafiction, intertextuality and multiple points of view in the novel have been studied indifferent parts but in association with each other.
