Abstract

E¤itim-Bir-Sen Stratejik Araflt›rmalar Merkezi yay›n› olan Yüksekö¤retime Bak›fl 2017: ‹zleme ve De¤erlendirme Raporu Bekir S. Gür, Zafer Çelik, Türker Kurt ve Serkan Yurdakul taraf›ndan uluslararas› kurulufllar›n standartlar› kullan›larak ve veri temelli analiz ilkesi gözetilerek haz›rlanm›flt›r. E¤itim-Bir-Sen, Türk yüksekö¤retim sisteminin kapsaml› bir analizinin yap›ld›¤› bu rapor ile Türkiye’de bir ilk olarak, yüksekö¤retim sistemini y›ll›k olarak izleme ve de¤erlendirme çal›flmalar›na bafllad›¤›n› kamuoyu ile paylaflm›flt›r. Bu izleme ve de¤erlendirme çal›flmalar› kapsam›nda yap›lan analizler temelinde Türkiye yüksekö¤retim sisteminin mevcut durumunun, tarihsel e¤ilimleri ve uluslararas› k›yaslamalar› dikkate alarak ve veriye dayal› olarak ortaya
konulmas› ve böylece daha etkin, verimli ve kaliteli bir yüksekö¤retim sisteminin tesis edilmesi amaçlanmaktad›r.
