Abstract

Ço¤u zaman yüzleflilmekte olan sorunlar kurumsal politikalarla ilgili olmaktad›r. Ancak yönetsel süreçlerde, hukuki problemlerin a¤›rl›¤› da ivmelenerek artmaktad›r. William A. Kaplin ve Barbara A. Lee’nin incelikli araflt›rmalar›n›n bir ürünü olan The Law of Higher Education adl› eser, üniversite avukatlar›, memurlar›, yöneticileri ve mütevelli heyetleri baflta olmak üzere tüm yüksekö¤retim paydafllar› için haz›rlanm›fl bir hukuki kaynak niteli¤indedir. Kitap, kamu veya vak›f üniversitelerinin karfl›laflabilece¤i çok çeflitli hukuki problemlere yönelik temel bilgiler, derinlikli analizler ve pratik önermeler içermektedir.
