Seasonal Composition of Aquatic Macroinvertebrate Fauna in Stream Deliçay, Kahramanmaraş, TurkeyIn this study was carried out between February 2010 and January 2011aim to determine the bentic macrobentic fauna of Deliçay, Kahramanmaraş. The samples of macrobentic fauna from the three station was determined each month via kink-net. From the research area, 28 taxa were found belong to Amphipoda, Diptera, Lumbriculida, Hemiptera, Odonata, Emphemeroptera, Coleoptera, Gastropoda, Hirudinida, Trichoptera, Plecoptera ,Isopoda and Planaria. The percentage of the determined organizms as follows: 31.62% Diptera, 30.43% Amphipoda, 8.82% Trichoptera, 7.46% Lumbriculida, 5.93% Gastropoda, 4.32% Odonata, 4.03% Ephemeroptera, 3.34% Hemiptera, 1.73% Coleptera, 1.03% Hirudinida and 1.32% unidentif macroinvertebrata. The most organism groups compared with the stations are as follows: in the first station Gammarus sp., in the second station Similuim sp., in the third station Ablabesmiya sp. The most dominant organism groups were Gammarus sp. (37%) and Hydropschye sp. (22%). In the research area, in the spring, Gammarus sp. and Simulium sp. (larvae) were the most dominant organism groups. According to the hierarchic similarity analyzes, it was seen that organism numbers differ of January and February but they were the same in other months
Abstract
Seasonal Composition of Aquatic Macroinvertebrate Fauna in Stream Deliçay, Kahramanmaraş, Turkey
In this study was carried out between February 2010 and January 2011aim to determine the bentic macrobentic fauna of Deliçay, Kahramanmaraş. According to the hierarchic similarity analyzes, it was seen that organism numbers differ of January and February but they were the same in other months.

Özet
Bu çalışma, Deliçay (Kahramanmaraş)’ın makrobentik faunasını belirlemek amacıyla Şubat 2010-Ocak 2011 tarihleri arasında yapılmıştır. Her ay üç istasyondan, makrobentik omurgasız örnekleri kick-net yardımıyla tespit edilmiştir.
