Mesleki Alan İlgi Envanteri (MAİ) Geliştirme Çalışması

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı geçerli ve güvenilir bir ilgi envanteri geliştirmektir. Araştırma verileriAnkara’da 11 lisedeki 1445 öğrenciden toplanmıştır. Analiz sonuçları, Mesleki Alan İlgi Envanteri (MAİ)’nin 13 yaş üzerindeki bireylerin mesleki ilgilerini ortaya koyabilecek geçerli ve güvenilir bir ilgi envanteriolduğunu göstermektedir. Envanterin nihai formu doğrulayıcı faktör analiziyle ortaya konulan 14 faktörden ve her alanda en iyi indeksleri sağlayan 11-12’şer maddeden oluşmuştur. Ölçeğin nihai formunda 156 madde yer almıştır
