Abstract
This current study addresses the significant transformative effects of the Fourth Industrial Revolution within the context of business in a nutshell by providing relevant trends and issues on how industries, companies, and their business functions, and consumers of today’s world have been under the radical change caused by the Fourth Industrial Revolution, in light of the literature. While the fourth industrial revolution has reshaped numerous industries and created new ones, it has also provided companies with significant advantages, including innovative production processes. It poses challenges for them in meeting the needs of more sophisticated customers. Additionally, employment is undergoing significant changes with the advancement of technology. Companies that possess the required capabilities and a highly skilled workforce can utilize these opportunities to cope with the complexity and challenges. To adapt to these radical transformations, leaders should focus on generating new ideas, developing innovative systems, and investing in continuous innovation and training.
