PEKİN ÖRDEKLERİNDE DEPOLAMA SÜRESİ, YUMURTA AĞIRLIĞI ve YUMURTA ÖLÇÜLERİNİN KULUÇKA ÖZELLİKLERİNE ETKİLERİ
Abstract
Bu araştırma Pekin ördeklerinde kuluçka özelliklerine kuluçkalık yumurtaların depolama süresi, yumurta ağırlığı ve kimi yumurta ölçülerinin etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır.
Toplam 771 kuluçkalık yumurta kuluçka öncesi 1günden 9 güne kadar depolanmış ve yumurta ağırlığı, yumurta uzunluğu ve şekil in deksi için farklı 5 grup saptanmıştır.
Çıkış gücü depolama sürelerine göre (1-9 gün) sırasıyla % 86, % 85, % 78, % 82, % 85, % 83, % 60, % 69 ve % 68 bulunmuştur. 6
günden sonra kuluçka randım anında çok önemli (P<0.01) düşüş sözkonusudur.
En iyi sonuç, ağırlıkları 67,5-.79,5 gr arasında olan yumurtalardan alınmıştır. 67.5 g 'd an hafif olan y um urtalarda döllülük oranı ve kuluçka randımanı düşüktür. A.'.lcak 79.5 g'dan ağır yumurtalar 67.5 g'dan hafif yumurtalara göre iyi sonuç vermiştir.
Y u m u r t a g en i şli ği b a k ı m ın d a n , 4 7 m m 'n in ü stü n d ek i yumurtaların çıkış gücü düşüktür. Şekil indeksi değeri % 70'in altında olan yumurtalılarda döllülük oranı düşük bulunmuştur.

Totally 771 hatching eegs were storagid for hatching from 1 to 9 days, and were determined differens 5 group according to egg weight egg lenght, egg width and shape index
The hatchability of fertile eggs were found 86 %, 85 %, 78 %, 82
%, 85 %, 83 %, 60 %, 69 %, and 68 %respectirely f or storage time groups (1 to 9 day). There was higly significant (P<O.Ol) decline in hatchability after six day.
The best results were obtained with the eggs weighing between
67.5 - 79.5 g. The eggs smaller than 67.5 g resulted low fertility and hatchability. But the eggs larger than 79.5 g gave better results cam paring to the eggs smaller than 6Z5 g.
From egg width point of view, the eggs larger than 47 mm resulted low hatchability of fertile eggs. The fertility was found low in shape index value lower than 70 %.
