İzmir İli Satsuma Mandarin Yetiştirilen Alanlarda Turunçgil Nematodu [Tylenchulus semipenetrans (Cobb, 1913) (Tylenchida: Tylenchulidae)]’nun Yayılışı ve Yoğunluklarının Saptanması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, İzmir ili satsuma mandarini yetiştirilen alanlarda bulunan Turunçgil nematodunun (Tylenchulus semipenetrans) (Cobb, 1913) yayılışı, bulaşıklılık oranları ve popülasyon yoğunlukları saptanmıştır. Araştırmanın materyalini İzmir ilinde satsuma mandarini yetiştirilen ilçelerden alınan toprak örnekleri, bitki materyalleri ve nematodlar oluşturmuştur. İzmir ilinde 10 ilçedeki 178 satsuma mandarini alanından alınan toprak ve kök örnekleri analiz edilmiştir. Turunçgil nematodu ile bulaşıklılığın İzmir iline bağlı ilçelerden Selçuk’ta %97,30; Menderes’te %94,83; Seferihisar’da %75,47; Karaburun’da %75,00; Urla’da %50,00; bunların dışında kalan diğer 5 ilçede ise (Balçova, Güzelbahçe, Narlıdere, Menemen, Torbalı) %100,00 olduğu bulunmuştur. Bu sonuçlara göre survey alanının %89,33’ünün bulaşık olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Turunçgil nematodunun 2. larva dönemi ve erkek bireylerinin 100 g topraktaki popülasyon yoğunlukları Balçova’da 543; Güzelbahçe’de 880; Narlıdere’de 246; Karaburun’da 120; Menderes’te 707; Menemen’de 407; Seferihisar’da 248; Selçuk’ta 1436; Torbalı’da 740 ve Urla’da 290 birey olarak saptanmıştır.
