SERUM NMR T1 DURULMASI İÇİN ÖNERİLEN TABAKA MODELİNDEN KİMYASAL DEĞİŞ-OLUŞ FORMÜLLERİNİN TÜRETİMİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, protein hidrasyonunun tabaka modeli göz önüne alınarak (bulk su, engellenmiş su, dönerek bağlı ve dönmeden bağlı su) serum 1/Ti (i:1 ve 2)durulması için bir formül yazıldı. Yapılan hesaplar sonucunda elde edilen formülün serbest su ile bağlı su arasındaki hızlı kimyasal değiş-tokuşu anlatan formül ile aynı olduğu görüldü. Bu sonuç, bir protein çözeltisinin serbest ve bağlı su durumları arasındaki hızlı kimyasal değiş-tokuşa ait 1/Ti formüllerinin, tabaka modeli ile önerilen ortalama ile aynı olduğunu önermektedir.

The Derivation of Chemical Exchange Formulas for Serum NMR T1 Relaxation by Using Layer Model

Abstract

In this study, a formula was written for relaxation rate of serum 1/Ti (i: 1 and 2) by using the layer model of protein hydration (bulk water, hindered water, rotationally bound water, irrotatioanlly bound water). Then a new formula, which is similar to the formula related to fast chemical exchange between free and bound water, was obtained from the first one. This result suggest that the 1/Ti formula based on the layer model is identical to that of the fast chemical exchange between free and bound states.
