As of the June 2025 issue, The Dicle University Journal of Ziya Gökalp Education Faculty (DUZGEFD) has been indexed with full-text coverage in TR Dizin. Since 2007, it has also been indexed with abstract coverage in the H.W. Wilson Full Text database. It is also available in full-text in the Education Source database, which is considered the most comprehensive database in the field of educational sciences and is the upgraded version of Education Full Text (H.W. Wilson).
4 DOCUMENTS TO BE UPLOADED TO THE SYSTEM FOR CANDIDATE ARTICLES
1. FULL MANUSCRIPT: Manuscripts submitted to our journal are not required to conform to a specific formatting template during the initial submission stage. However, including appendices and references, manuscripts must not exceed 10,000 words and should be presented in a clear, well-organized structure. Please note that manuscripts that fall outside the SCOPE of the journal, fail to include the section headings specified under Sections in the Author Guidelines, or do not meet the journal's detailed expectations for each section will be rejected without further review.
2. ETHICS COMMITTEE APPROVAL CERTIFICATE: An ethics committee approval certificate is required for all submissions to the journal. For studies that do not require ethics committee approval, a signed ETHICS COMMITTEE EXEMPTION DECLARATION FORM must be uploaded to the system.
3. SIMILARITY REPORT: For all submissions, it is mandatory to upload a similarity report generated using Turnitin or iThenticate, with a maximum similarity index of 15%.
4. CHECKLIST: For all submissions, the CANDIDATE MANUSCRIPT CHECKLIST must be uploaded to the system as a supplementary file.
JOURNAL INFORMATION
- The Dicle University Journal of Ziya Gökalp Education Faculty (DUZGEFD) is a scientific, open-access, electronic, double-blind peer-reviewed journal established in 1991 and started its periodic publication in 2005. The publication languages of the journal are Turkish and English.
- DUZGEFD published under the ISSN number 1305-0060 until the December issue of 2022, and since the June 2023 issue, it has continued to publish under the e-ISSN number 2980-1222.
- The Dicle University Journal of Ziya Gökalp Education Faculty is published biannually, in June and December. The journal publishes research and review articles in the field of education. Both quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-method studies can be published in the journal. Membership to the journal, submitting articles, and publishing in the journal are free of charge.
In accordance with international ethical standards, our journal requires the submission of the "Ethics Committee Approval" document for necessary studies. Additionally, a similarity report (with a maximum of 15% similarity) and the copyright transfer form must be submitted. Articles without these documents will not be considered for evaluation.
