Kültür Mantarında Zararlı Nematodlar ve Savaşım Yöntemleri

Abstract

Kültür mantarı içerdiği yüksek besin değeri ile önemli bir gıda maddesidir ve uzun yıllardır kullanılmaktadır. Agaricus bisporus, yenebilir kültür mantarları içinde en fazla üretilendir. Kültür mantarı üretimi çeşitli safhalarda gerçekleştiği için üretimin her aşamasında temizlik ve havalandırma gibi konulara dikkat edilmesi gerekir. Nemlilik sadece kültür mantarı üretimi için optimal bir ortam değil ayrıca nematodlar için de ideal bir ortam oluşturmaktadır. Bu nematodlar; 1) Fungal beslenen nematodlar, 2) Predatörler, 3) Microbivorlar (Saprofitler)’dır. Bazı ekonomik ve sağlıklı önlemler ile bu nematodları yok etmek mümkündür. Bu önlemler; 1) Kültürel Önlemler, 2) Biyolojik Mücadele, 3) Kimyasal Mücadele, 4) Dayanıklı Çeşit’dir
