Brassinosteroidlerin Trakya İlkeren (Vitis vinifera L.) Sofralık Üzüm Çeşidinin Verim ve Kalitesi Üzerine Olan Etkileri

Abstract

Bu araştırma bir brassinosteroid bileşiğinin (22S, 23S- homobrassinolid) bağda yetişen sofralık üzüm çeşidi ‘Trakya İlkeren’in verim ve kalitesi üzerine olan etkilerini tespit etmek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Omcalar iki vejetasyon döneminde çiçeklenme başlangıcında (Mayıs ayının ilk haftası) muamele edilmiştir. Solüsyon 0 (kontrol), 10-3 ve 10-4 mgL-1 konsantrasyonlarında hazırlanmıştır. Kontrol grubunun salkımları 16°Brix değerine ulaşınca tüm deneme hasat edilmiştir. Verim ve kalite özellikleri tespit edilmiştir. Brassinosteroid bileşiği dozlarının sadece tane sapı kopma kuvveti üzerine etkili olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Salkım uzunluğunun uygulama yılına bağlı olarak değiştiği belirlenmiştir. Uygulanan dozların ‘Trakya İlkeren’ çeşidinin diğer verim ve kalite özellikleri üzerine etkili olmadığı görülmüştür
