Abstract
Abdominalwallendometriosis is an uncommontype of extrapelvicendometriosis. Whether the incidence is reported % 0,03- %1 after cesarean section operation, it is unknown for spontaneous cases. Palpablemass, pain and cyclic symptomatology a rehelpful at the diagnosis. Even imaging studies such as ultrasound, computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging are non-specific, they may be adjunct in identifying the exact anatomical location of the lesion. We here in aimed to report a very rarely seenspontaneous abdominal wall endometriosis case, whom admitted to our clinic with the complaints of palpable mass and pain at the umblical region.

Spontan Abdominal Duvar Endometriozisi: Nadir Bir Ekstrapelvik Endometriozis (Spontaneous Abdominal Wall Endometriosis : Report of A Rarely Seen Extrapelvic Endometriosis)
Abstract
Abdominal duvar endometriozisi nadir görülen bir ekstrapelvik endometriozis şeklidir. Geçirilmiş sezeryan operasyonu sonrası % 0,03- %1 oranında görüldüğü rapor edilmişse de spontan olguların sıklığı bilinmemektedir. Ele gelen kitle, ağrı ve şikayetlerin siklik oluşu tanıda yardımcıdır. Ultrasonografi, bilgisayarlı tomografi veya manyetik rezonans gibi görüntüleme yöntemleri spesifik olmasa da lezyonun kesin anatomik lokalizasyonunu belirlemede yardımcı olabilir. Biz burada kliniğimize umblikal bölgede ele gelen şişlik ve ağrı şikayeti ile başvuran ve spontan abdominal duvar endometriozisi tanısı alan çok nadir görülen bir olguyu sunmayı amaçladık.
