Abstract
Objective: To determine the possible negative effects of obesity in pregnancy Materials and Methods: In this prospective controlled study, we investigated the effects of obesity in 161 obese pregnant women and 161 control pregnant women. Results: Chronic hypertension %11.2, Diabetes Mellitus %4.4, Gestational Diabetes %4.3, Preec lamp-sia %24.2, IUGR %4.3 were found in obese pregnant women. Abstract
Amaç: Gebelerde obezitenin olası olumsuz etkilerinin araştırılması Materyal ve Metod: Bu çalışma 161 obez gebe ve 161 kontrol olmak üzere 322 gebe olgu üzerinde prospektif kontrollü olarak yapıldı. Bulgular: Obez grupta Kronik hipertansiyon %11.2, Diabetes Mellitus %4.4, Gestasyonel Diabetes Mellitus %4.3, Preeklampsi %6.2, IUGG %4.3 olarak bulundu. Bu sonuçlar kontrol grubuna göre anlamlı düzeyde yüksekti. (p
