Abstract

Kalp anomalilerinin erken dönemde prenatal tanısının konulması hem ağır anomalisi olan gebeliklerin erken dönemde sonlandmlması hem de perinatal morbidite ve mortalitenin azaltılması açısından büyük önem taşımaktadır. Burada; 16. gebelik haftasında yapılan üçlü tarama testinde yüksek riskli olarak raporlanan ve amniyosentez öncesinde ayrıntılı ultrasonografik ve fetal ekokardiografik değerlendirme yapılarak, major kalp anomalisi saptanan bir olgu sunulmaktadır.

Abstract

Early prenatal diagnosis of fetal cardiac anomalies can improve the care of infants by decreasing the perinatal morbidity and mortality, moreover in appropriate situations the family may choose the option of pregnancy termination. We report a case of major cardiac defect detected before amniocentesis by fetal echocardiography in a woman at 16th week of gestation, whose triple test were reported as screen positive.
