Abstract
We encountered an uterin leiomyosar-coma in 35 years old woman who was followed up with a diagnosis of sarcoidosis. To our knowledge this is the first case reported in the literature which describes coexistence of sarcoidosis and uterin leiomyosarcoma.

Abstract
Sarkoidoz tanısıyla izlenen 35 yaşında kadın hastanın uterusunda leiomyosarkom saptadık. Erişebildiğimiz literatüre göre, sarkoidoz ve uterus leiomyosarkomu birlikteliğinin izlendiği ilk olguydu.
