Abstract

40 years old female with a solid mass at the upper-lateral quadrant of the right breast. Radical mastectomy specimen revealed a nodular mass with even borders. Microscopically tumor was consisted almost 100% from malignant cells with apocrine differentiation

Abstract

Sağ meme üst dış kadranda selid kitlesi olan 40 yaşındaki kadın hastanın İİAB'sinde malign epitelyal hücreler görülmesi üzerine radikal mastektomi yapılmış ve piyes kliniğimize gönderilmişti. Mikroskobik olarak tümörün tamamına yakınının apokrin differensiasyon gösteren malign hücrelerden oluştuğu görüldü.
