Abstract

28-year-old multiparous woman with 3 months menstrual retardation applied to emergency clinic with a history of progressively increasing low abdominal pain for ten days. On the left side of uterus, ruptured rudimentary horn including massere death fetuse, placental tissues was detected. Right and left ovaries and tubes were normal in appearance. Left hemihysterectomy and left salphengectomy along with right tubal ligation were performed.

Abstract

Multipar 28 yaşında 3 aylık adet gecikmesi, on gündür şiddeti artarak devam eden pelvic ağrı ile acil servise başvurdu. Rupture uterusun sol kenarında rupture horn ölü masere fetus saptandı. Sol hemi histerektomi + sol salpenjektomi + sağ tubal ligasyon uygulandı.
