Abstract
Metaplastic carcinoma is a rare form of breast carcinoma that belongs to spindle cell malign tumor group and manifest as a palpable mass. The patients have an age spectrum of 26-80 years old. Our case was 21 year old young woman presented with a mass lesion in her right breast.After the USG examination, fine needle aspiration biopsy(FNAB) wa s performed. Because of suspected malign USG andFNAB results, the mass was excised totally. In pathologic examination by FNAB the mass has been diagnosed as fusiform cell proliferation. Histopathologically it was confirmed as spindle cell malign tumor/ sarcomatoid carcinoma. Since it is rarely seen antity and observed in the youngest patient in the scaned literature, we discussed the case with the literatural findings.

Abstract
"Spindle " hücreli malign tümör alt grubunda yer alan sarkomatoid/metaplastik karsinomlar memenin nadir görülen tümörleridir. Hastalar genellikle 26-80 yaş aralığında olup memede ele gelen kitle ile hastaneye başvururlar. Olgumuz 21 yaşında, sağ memede kitle şikayeti ile genel cerrahi polikliniğine başvurmuştur. Sağ memede kitle tesbit edilen ve USG'de malignite şüphesi olan hastaya önce ince iğne aspirasyon biyopsisi(İİAB) ve ardından total kitle eksizyonu yapılmıştır. Patolojik incelemede İİAB'de atipik füziform hücre proliferasyonu, histopatolojik incelemede "spindle" hücreli malign tümör/sarkomatoid karsinom tanısı alan olgu, yaşının taranan mevcut literatür içinde en genç hasta olması ve nadir görülen meme tümörü olması nedeniyle literatür bilgileri ışığında sunulmuştur.
