KARIN AĞRISI ŞİKAYETİYLE HASTANEYE BAŞVURAN ÇOCUK VE ERGENLERDE FİZİKSEL SEBEP BULUNANLARLA BULUNMAYANLAR ARASINDAKİ DEPRESYON, ANKSİYETE VE SOMATİZASYON DEĞERLERİNİN KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI

Abstract

Giriş: Fiziksel nedenleri olan
ve olmayan karın ağrısı şikayeti olan çocukların depresyon, anksiyete ve
somatizasyon düzeylerini belirledik.
Gereç ve Yöntem:
Çalışmaya, özel bir hastanenin pediatri servisinde 24
yaşında fiziksel nedenleri bulunan bir karın ağrısı şikayeti ile başvuran ve
8-15 yaşları arasındaki 48 çocuk alındı. Bu çalışmada sosyodemografik veri formu,
çocuk depresyon ölçeği (ÇDÖ), Pediatrik Anksiyete Derecelendirme Ölçeği (ÇATÖ)
ve Çocuk Somatizasyon Envanteri-24 (ÇSE-24) kullanıldı. Bulgular: Bulguların istatistiksel analizi, fiziksel ağrı ve
anksiyete ile depresyon, anksiyete ve somoizasyon değerleri olan hastalar
arasında istatistiksel bir fark olmadığını göstermektedir. Sonuç: Bu bulguların sonuçları literatür kapsamında tartışılmıştır
