Bankacılık güvenli köprü vazifesi ile mevduat, kredi ilişkisini yönetir. Türkiye’de Faizsiz Bankacılık uygulamasında, büyüme trendindeki Katılım Bankacılığı müşterilerin beklentilerini uygun çözümlerle gidermek için çalışmaktadır. Tüzel müşterilerin nakit yönetimi kapsamlı beklentilerine hızlı, uygun çözümler üretebilmek rekabette sürdürülebilir olumlu müşteri deneyimi için önemlidir. Nakit Yönetimi, işletmelerin ticari alacak ve kısa vadeli borçlar kalemlerinin yönetimine dayalı tahsilatlara ve ödemelere aracılık işlemlerini kapsamaktadır. Bu çalışmada, sektördeki katılım bankacılığı finansal oranları ışığında, örnek bir katılım bankası müşterilerinin Nakit Yönetimi ürün ve hizmetlerine yönelik deneyimlerinin ve beklentilerinin anket çalışması ile değerlendirilmesi yapılmış ve rekabetteki önemi incelenmiştir.
Banking as a safe bridge of risk management balances relation between deposit and loan. In the growing trend of interest-free banking Turkey practice, Participation Banking is working to fix the expectations of customers with reasonable solutions. For corporate customers with comprehensive cash management expectations, producing appropriate and fast solutions are important for a positive and sustainable customer experience. Cash Management covers collection of trade receivables and short -term debt payments. In this study, in the light of the financial ratios of participation banking within the banking industry, a participation bank customers' experiences and expectations in cash management products and services were evaluated with the survey methodology and its importance were also examined.
